Ingredients:
- 2-3 Laager Rooibos & Camomile Mint Flavoured teabags
- 1 cup Epsom Salt (muscle relaxation)
- 1/2 cup oat flour (skin softening)
- 1 Tbls coconut oil (hydration boost)
- A few drops of lavender essential oil (aromatherapy)
Method
- Steep rooibos teabags in hot water for 10-15 minutes.
- Pour tea into your warm bath, along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Soak for 20-30 minutes.
Optional: Add rose petals for a spa-like experience.
