Ingredients:
- 1 cup Laager Pure Rooibos tea (rich in antioxidants)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (supports gut flora)
- 1 small banana (frozen) - (Fibre + Prebiotics)
- 1/2 cup frozen berries (anti-inflammatory + rich in polyphenols)
- 1 Tbsp chia/ flaxseeds (fiber + omega 3s)
- 1/2 Tsp cinnamon (digestion)
- 1 Tbsp raw honey (natural sweetness)
- Knob of ginger (soothes digestion)
Method
- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
