Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut milk/ cream
- 1/2 cup Laager Pure Rooibos iced cubes
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
Method:
- To make ice cubes, brew some Laager Rooibos tea, allow it to cool completely, then pour it into an ice tray, and freeze.
- Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender.
- Pour into your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with dried pineapples and a fun cocktail umbrella.
- Enjoy!
