Ingredients
2 TBSP Laager Rooibos syrup
1 cup Clementine juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 cup Laager Rooibos ice cubes
1/2 cup Soda water
To garnish Fresh Rosemary sprigs

6 bags Laager Rooibos tea
2 cups Castor sugar

1 cup Boiling Water
2 bags Laager Rooibos tea
Method
- Make your Laager Rooibos Simple Syrup. In a small pot, bring the water, sugar and tea bags to a boil for a minute. Reduce to a simmer until the liquid is reduced to half. Remove the teabags and set the syrup aside to cool.
- Make your Laager Rooibos Ice Cubes. Pour boiling water over the tea bags and set aside to brew for 5 - 7 minutes. Once cooled completely, fill a whole ice tray (12 blocks) with the liquid. Put in the freezer and leave until completely frozen
- Make your Laager Rooibos Clementine Kisses. In a jug, mix together the syrup, juice and ice cubes. Pour into a glass and top with soda water and rosemary. Serve chilled.
