Ingredients
1/4 cup Vodka
1 TBSP Cointreau
1 TBSP Lime juice, freshly squeezed
2 TBSP Laager Cranberry and Wild Cherry flavoured Rooibos
1 TBSP Cranberry Juice
1 Tray Laager Rooibos Cranberry and Wild Cherry flavoured Rooibos infused ice cubes
Method
- Steep 1 Laager Rooibos Cranberry and Wild Cherry flavoured Rooibos teabag for 3 - 5 minutes in boiling water, then set aside and allow to cool.
- Fill the ice tray once cooled and freeze until set.
- Pour all the ingredients into a metal cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until the metal shaker becomes ice cold on the outside.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh lime and cranberries/cherries and enjoy
