Ingredients
45 ml Tequila* (optional)
8 teabags Laager Citrus and Ginger Rooibos tea
30 ml Fresh orange juice
10 ml Grenadine syrup
5 ml Laager Citrus and Ginger Rooibos tea syrup
1/2 tray Laager Citrus and Ginger Rooibos tea ice cubes
2 Cup Boiling water
Method - Rooibos simple syrup
- Bring 1 cup of water and 4-6 teabags of Rooibos plus a cup and half of sugar to the boil.
- Boil/ Simmer until reduced to half.
- Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Leave to completely cool.
Method - Rooibos ice cubes
- Using 2 Laager Citrus and Ginger Rooibos teabags, add 1 cup boiling water.
- Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes.
- Allow to cool, fill the ice tray and freeze
Method - Mocktail
- Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail mixer.
- Pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh orange slices and enjoy!
