Ingredients:
- 300ml Tea4kids Rooibos Peach and Apricot Tea
- 240ml Milk
- 2 Cups Rolled Oats
- 1 Grated Apple
- 2 Cups Peach Yoghurt
- 2TBSP Syrup
- Half tsp cinnamon
Method:
- In a big cup, add 2-3 tea bags of Tea4Kids Peach and Apricot Rooibos Tea. Add 300ml boiling water and let the teabags rest in the water for 10 minutes.
- In a Medium Bowl, Add rolled oats, cinnamon, grated apple and honey.
- Add the peach yoghurt and the warm tea, milk and syrup.
- Stir and combine well.
- Place the bowl in the fridge and allow the oats to rest for 4 hours or overnight.
- Top the oats with the extra yoghurt, spread evenly over the oats. Add peaches and strawberries. Dust with cinnamon and serve immediately!
