Ingredients
- Berries of your choice
- 3 Laager Mint flavoured Rooibos & Chamomile teabags
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
- Mint leaves
Method
- Assemble the berries in a bowl.
- In a saucepan simmer water, teabags and castor sugar until the sugar dissolves and mixture reduces to half. Remove teabags.
- Once the mixture has halved, add the mint leaves and simmer for a further 5 mins. Remove from saucepan and allow to cool (Can be stored in the fridge for a long time).
- Drizzle on the salad and serve with Greek yoghurt if desired.
