Ingredients
1 cup Strawberries, fresh
1 cup Plain yogurt
2 TBSP *Laager Cranberry & Wild Cherry Rooibos tea syrup
1/2 cup **Laager Cranberry & Wild Cherry Rooibos ice cubes
1 TBSP Chia seeds

2 cups Water
6 teabags Laager Cranberry & Wild Cherry Rooibos tea
2 cups Castor sugar

1 cup Boiling water
2 teabags Laager Cranberry & Wild Cherry Rooibos
Method
- Make your Laager Rooibos Simple Syrup. In a small pot, bring the water, sugar and tea bags to a boil for a minute. Reduce to a simmer until the liquid is reduced to half. Remove the teabags and set the syrup aside to cool.
- Make your Laager Rooibos Ice Cubes. Pour boiling water over the tea bags and set aside to brew for 5 - 7 minutes. Once cooled completely, fill a whole ice tray (12 blocks) with the liquid. Put in the freezer and leave until completely frozen.
- Make your smoothie bowl. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Pour smoothie into a bowl. Garnish with fresh strawberries and chia seeds.
