White Russian

Ingredients: 

• 1 tablespoon hot water
• 1 tablespoon Society Coffee Vanilla Cappuccino sachet powder
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 shots vodka
• 1 shot coffee liqueur
• 4 tablespoon milk
• Dash of vanilla extract
• Wafer biscuit, to serve

Method 

1. Combine the hot water, coffee powder and honey in a bowl. Whip until fluffy and light.
2. Fill a glass with ice, add vodka, coffee liqueur and vanilla. Then stir.
3. Pour the milk over and stir to combine.
4. Spoon the whipped coffee over and garnish.
