Ingredients
1 Cup Butter
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
½ tsp Salt
1 cup Hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
2 TBSP Society Hazelnut Cappuccino powder
- Preheat the oven to 175°C
- Spray the baking tray with nonstick spray or line it with baking paper
- Soften butter and then beat it together with the sugar until the mixture is smooth
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and then beat until smooth
- Add the sifted flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt, hazelnuts and Society Hazelnut cappuccino powder to the mixture, then mix with a spoon until all the ingredients are combined
- Once the batter is completely mixed, use a small spoon to drop the dough to the tray - make sure that they are evenly spaced apart
- Bake for 8 - 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown
- Set cookies aside on a tray to cool
