Traffic light Slushies

Ingredients - Strawberry Red

2 teabags Tea4Kidz Strawberry flavoured Rooibos teabags

½ cup Strawberry Juice

2 cups Strawberries, frozen

1 TBSP Honey

¼ cup Strawberry yogurt

Ingredients - Mango / Peach Orange

2 teabags Tea4Kidz Peach and Apricot flavoured Rooibos

½ cup Orange juice

2 cups Assorted Yellow fruits, frozen (mango, peach, pineapple, banana)

1 TBSP Honey

Ingredients - Apple Green

2 teabags Tea4Kidz Apple & Berry flavoured Rooibos teabags

½ cup Apple juice

2 cups Assorted Green fruits, frozen (Honeydew Melon, Green apples, Cucumber)

2 cups Spinach Leaves

1 TBSP Honey

1 TBSP Fresh Mint, chopped

Method

1. Make each colour up individually.
2. Heat the juice in the microwave. Make a very strong tea by steeping the two teabags in the hot juice. Remove teabags and allow tea to cool completely
3. Place frozen fruit, honey, and tea in a blender or food processor.
4. Blend thoroughly, adding extra water if needed to blend.
5. Add the slushies layer by layer to create traffic light.
6. Serve immediately.
