Ingredients
1 whole Frozen banana, cut in half
375ml (1 1/2 cups) Frozen pineapple chunks
150g (3/4 cup) Plain yoghurt or vanilla flavoured yoghurt
250ml (1 cup) Brewed and cooled Tea4kidz rooibos original (1 teabag in a cup)
To taste Fresh pineapple wedges and mint sprigs for garnish optional
Method
- Add banana, frozen pineapple, brewed Tea4kidz rooibos tea & yoghurt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with pineapple wedges and mint sprigs if desired.
