Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup full cream Greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop of protein powder or handful of almonds
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 Laager Pure Rooibos teabag (cut open bag and use loose tea leaves)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until you have a thick smoothie.
- Enjoy immediately. Easy peasy.
