Start the New Week off right! Whether you’re in need of an energy boost or simply looking for an extra shot of vitamins, you have to give this smoothie a go!
Ingredients
1 - 1 ½ cups of Tetley Black tea, brewed and chilled
1 cup of frozen or fresh Blueberries
1 cup of frozen or fresh mango chunks
½ a lime, zest & juice
1 tsp. honey
½ tsp. of ground flax seeds
¼ cup of plain Greek yogurt
Method
- Brew the black tea the night before and place it in the refrigerator to chill.
- In the morning, add all ingredients to your blender, pulse until it reaches a consistency you like, serve and enjoy!
