Ingredients:
- 4 – 6 chicken fillets, cut into cubes
- Red, yellow and green peppers
- Dried apricots
- Kebab sticks
- 2 Tea4Kidz Peach & Apricot Rooibos teabags
- ½ cup of boiling water
- 2 tablespoons of apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons of fruit chutney
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Steep your Tea4Kidz teabags in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Thread chicken strips, apricots, and peppers onto skewers
- In a bowl, mix the brewed tea, fruit chutney, apricot jam, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
- Grill at 180°C for 12–15 mins, turning halfway.
- Pack for the car!
