Ingredients
1 Litre of water
4 Tetley Tea Mint Green Tea Bags
1 Tablespoon of Ginger
4 Sprigs of Rosemary
6 Oranges (juiced)
Method
- Boil the water along ginger
- Remove from the heat, add teabags and steep for 5 mins
- Crush the rosemary, add to the tea & ginger and let it sit for 2-3 hours
- Add the orange juice to the tea mix, then pour over a strainer to remove rosemary/orange pulp
- Add honey until desired sweetness is achieved & stir well
- Serve over ice and garnish with oranges and rosemary
