Ingredients:
- 2 Tetley teabags
- 2 cups milk
- 2 to 3 Tablespoon sugar or condensed milk
- Pinch of cardamom, cinnamon and ginger powder
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cardamom pod
- Few Tablespoon chewy boba
Method:
- Steep the teabags in 500ml of water . Add in all the spices .
- Once it comes to a rapid boil add in the sugar or condensed milk. Strain and set aside.
- Add ice to a glass or jug
- Froth the milk using a whisk or shake it in a bottle.
- Pour the milk over your ice followed by the boba pearls.
- Top with boiled tea- decorate with whipped cream or milk cream.
- Stir and enjoy
