Ingredients
8 Laager Citrus & Ginger Green Rooibos Teabags
600ml boiled water
150g sugar
5cm fresh ginger
Tonic water
Sliced orange, to serve
Method
- Leave the teabags in the boiled water for 15 minutes to allow it to brew. Remove the teabags and add in the sugar and ginger to make the simple syrup. Simmer and reduce to 300ml.
- Allow it to cool completely. Remove the ginger.
- Divide the syrup into 4 glasses. Top up with the tonic water and serve with slices of orange.
