Ingredients
¼ Cup Dark Brown Sugar
2 TBSP Smokey Salt
1 ½ TBSP Smoked Paprika
2 tsp Chilli Flakes
4 TBSP Laager Rooibos (remove leaves from teabags and discard bags)
2 tsp Dried rosemary
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 ½ tsp Pepper, ground
1 tsp Mustard seeds
½ tsp Dried thyme
½ tsp Chilli powder
¼ tsp All spice, ground
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a mortar and grind with a pestle until smooth and well combined.
- Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
- You can use this mix as a dry rub on red meat, chicken, seafood , veggies, tofu, corn on the cob, or just sprinkle on already grilled veggies.
