2 TBSP Laager Rooibos Syrup
1/2 cup Creamy mayonnaise
1/2 cup Plain yogurt
2 TBSP Dijon mustard

2 cups Water
6 bags Laager Rooibos, any flavour
2 cups Castor sugar
Method - Dressing
- Mix all the ingredients together until well blended. Serve as a creamy dressing.
Method - Syrup
- In a small pot, bring the water, sugar and tea bags to a boil for a minute
- Reduce to a simmer until the liquid has reduced to half
- Remove the tea bags and set aside to cool
- Use for desserts, salad dressings, drinks, etc
