Ingredients
1 Cup Coconut Milk
Juice of one lime
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 Tablespoon cilantro, freshly chopped (or 1 teaspoon of dried will work too)
Method
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and add your chosen protein
- Stir to coat it well
- Marinade for at least 30 minutes before cooking
