Ingredients
- 12 sponge fingers biscuits
- 1 Tetley Masala Chai tea bag
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 tablespoon of cardamom powder
- Pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1/4 cup milk
Method
- Place the Tetley Masala Chai tea bag in a cup of boiling water & milk .
- Set aside till cooled.
- Whip the cream- add in the cinnamon and cardamom mix lightly and add the cream to a piping bag.
- Dip the biscuits in the cooled tea and layer in a Pyrex or platter.
- Layer four dipped biscuits, pipe the cream over and continue layering.
- Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon , pistachio and edible rose.
- Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
