450g Vanilla Ice Cream
120ml Double Cream
180ml Amarula
2 TBSP Society Caramel Toffee Cappuccino Powder

30ml Cream

1 Cup Soft Caramel Sweets
30ml Cream
Drizzle Milk (optional)
Method - Drink
- Place the vanilla ice cream, Amarula, double cream and Society Caramel Toffee Cappuccino powder into a blender and blitz until all ingredients are combined and the mixture is smooth
- Pour the drink into serving glasses, then pour the toffee and caramel toppings over each drink
Method - Toffee Topping
- Place the toffees and milk into a pan over a low heat and stir continuously
- Once the toffees have melted, remove the pan from the stove and allow it to cool, then add the cream and stir well
Method - Caramel Topping
- Place the caramels and cream into a saucepan and cook for 10 - 15 minutes over a low to medium heat. Stir continuously while melting the caramels
- Optional: Add a drizzle of milk to the melted caramel for a thinner consistency
- Continue to stir until all the ingredients are combined and the colour is consistent
- Once the caramel is mixed and melted, set aside to cool for a few minutes
