Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 sachet Society Hazelnut Coffee
Method
- Combine milk, flour, Society Hazelnut sachet and baking powder. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the Nutella and stir until the batter has no lumps.
- Divide mixture in 2 microwave safe mugs.
- Microwave on high for about 45 to 60 seconds.
- Continue microwaving slowly in 15-second intervals. Microwaves vary, but what you’re aiming for is that the cake looks set and dry, feels springy and fluffy to the touch, and the edges pull away from the side of the mug. It will probably take an additional 30 to 60 seconds in total.
- For best results, serve immediately, with a dollop of Vanilla ice cream.
