Ingredients
1 L milk
2-3 Tetley Masala Chai teabags
1 tin ideal milk
1 tin Nestle cream (optional)
1 tin condensed milk
1 tsp Elachi powder
2 Tbl coconut
4 Tbl vermicilli
4 Tbl sago
Few cardamom pods
2Tbl almond powder
Handful of pistachios and almonds.
Method
- Heat the milk and add the Tetley Masala Chai Tea bags. Allow to infuse well.
- Remove the tea bags and add the remaining ingredients accept the Nestle cream and condensed milk.
- Allow to cook on medium to low heat
- Once the sago is translucent.
- Add in the condense milk and cream
- Whisk well and remove from heat.
- Adjust sweetness flavours as desired. Top with pistachios and almonds..enjoy!
