Ingredients:
- 1 bag microwave popcorn
- 250g castor sugar
- 1/4 cup brewed & cooled Laager Pure Rooibos Tea
- 50g salted butter, cubed
Method
- Make popcorn as per packet instructions
- Line a baking tray with baking paper
- Place castor sugar and tea in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Then leave over medium heat without stirring for about 5 mins
- Once the mixture turns golden brown, add butter and swirl. Stir a little until well combined
- Pour the mixture over the popcorn in a bowl and stir immediately, coating everything
- Flatten on a baking tray and leave to cool for about 5 mins
- Break apart and enjoy!
