Ingredients
- 3 Laager Cranberry & Cherry Rooibos teabags
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 cup mango purée
- 1 cup mango juice
Method
- In a saucepan, bring the water, teabags, cranberry juice and berries to a simmer. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes
- Discard the teabags and cool completely. It’s okay if the berries are slightly smashed.
- Mix the mango puree and juice in a separate bowl. Pour the mango mix into the bottom of the popsicle mould (fill to half and add stick). Freeze for about an hour
- Pour he cranberry mix on top of the mango mix and freeze again for another hour or until completely frozen before serving
- Enjoy on a hot day!
