Ingredients
¼ Cup Hot Water
1 Can Condensed Milk
2 Cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 TBSP Society Mochaccino Powder
Pinch of Salt
Method
- In a medium sized bowl add the hot water to the Society Mochaccino powder, then mix together until the powder is dissolved
- Add the condensed milk, vanilla extract and salt to the coffee mixture and whisk until all the ingredients are combined
- Place the mixture in the fridge to cool
- Beat the heavy cream with a mixer until it becomes whipped cream and stiff peaks form
- Whisk the condensed milk and coffee mixture into the whipped cream, but be careful not to over whisk
- Once all ingredients are combined, pour the ice cream into a loaf pan and cover it with cling film
- Leave in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours
