Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted dates
- ½ cup nuts (almonds, cashews, or walnuts)
- 2 tablespoons Society Cappuccino Caramel Toffee
- ¼ cup protein powder
- ⅓ cup desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pinch of sea salt
Method:
- Blend dates and nuts until crumbly.
- Add coffee, coconut, protein powder, honey, and salt.
- Blend to form a sticky dough, roll into balls, and optionally coat in coconut.
- Chill before serving.
