2 cups Laager Rooibos tea
Method
- Rinse and drain one cup of steel cut oats. Put them in a pot with one cup of water and two cups of (steeped) Laager Rooibos tea. Bring it to a boil and then reduce the heat to a low-medium temperature. Cook for about twenty minutes or until the oats are tender. Serve with a generous amount of coconut milk and a drizzle of maple syrup.
