Recipe by Tebo & Lebo Ndala
Ingredients
2 cups Frozen mango (cubed)
1 Banana (frozen)
½ cup Coconut milk
¼ cup Plain yoghurt
1 Tbls Laager Rooibos Tea leaves (cut open bags and remove leaves, discard bags)
Garnish
1 slice of mango
Sliced banana
Sprinkling of coconut chips
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Place smoothie in bowl and garnish with sliced of Mango, banana, and coconut chips.
- Enjoy cold with a spoon.
