Honey Tea Syrup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 Laager Vanilla-flavoured Rooibos teabag
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bring honey and water to a simmer in a small saucepan. Add the teabag and remove from heat. Let it steep for at least 5 minutes. Remove the teabag, scraping off as much honey as you can, and stir in the vanilla. Transfer to a small container and place in the refrigerator to cool and thicken.
