|1 Knob||Ginger, thinly sliced|
- Bring all the ingredients to the boil.
- Simmer until reduced to half.
- Sugar should be dissolved and syrup a bit thick.
- Various fruit - dried oranges, olives, grapes, whole figs, heirloom tomatoes and nuts.
- Various cheese - brie, blue cheese, goat’s cheese.
- Various cold meat - salami, prosciutto, bresaola.
- Various starch - bread sticks, bruschetta, pretzels, crackers, savoury biscuits.
Place the Laager Citrus & Ginger flavoured Rooibos syrup in the centre of the board and arrange the fruit & nuts, cold meat, cheese and starch around it.
