Tetley Lemon & Berry Spiked Punch

Ingredients:

2 bags TetleyLemon flavoured Tea
500ml Boiling water
100 g Fresh raspberries
100 g Blueberries or Blackberries
100 g Strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 Lemons, sliced
500 ml Sparkling Apple Cider, chilled
500 ml Lemonade, chilled

Method

  • Place the teabags in a jug and pour in the boiling water.
  • Allow to stand for 10 minutes, then remove the teabags and squeeze the liquid into the tea liquid.
  • Once cooled to room temperature, add the fruit and put in the fridge to chill.
  • Just before serving, stir in the apple cider and lemonade.
  • Add ice if desired.

TIP: Use sparking apple juice instead of cider for a delicious alcohol-free punch.
