Tea4Kidz overnight Oats
(Makes enough for 5 x 500ml jars filled ¾ of the way or 7 smaller jars)
|500g||Rolled oats, raw|
|250 ml||Hot water|
|1||Laager Tea4Kidz teabag in your favourite flavour|
|250 ml||Milk or Almond Milk|
|4 TBSP||Chia seeds|
|Handfuls||Nuts and fresh fruit, chopped|
|5 x 500 ml||Glass jars|
- Brew one cup of Laager Tea4Kidz, set aside and allow to steep for 5 minutes, then remove teabag.
- Mix the raw oats, Laager Tea4Kidz, milk and chia seeds in a bowl, then decant into the glass jars.
- Place into the fridge and leave overnight.
- In the morning, add fresh fruit and chopped nuts.
To be consumed within 3 days.
Almonds or unsalted cashew nuts, blueberries, strawberries, peaches or apple work best with this recipe.
