Tea4Kidz overnight Oats

Ingredients:

(Makes enough for 5 x 500ml jars filled ¾ of the way or 7 smaller jars)

500g Rolled oats, raw
250 ml Hot water
1 Laager Tea4Kidz teabag in your favourite flavour
250 ml Milk or Almond Milk
4 TBSP Chia seeds
Handfuls Nuts and fresh fruit, chopped
5 x 500 ml Glass jars

 

Method:

  1. Brew one cup of Laager Tea4Kidz, set aside and allow to steep for 5 minutes, then remove teabag.
  2. Mix the raw oats, Laager Tea4Kidz, milk and chia seeds in a bowl, then decant into the glass jars.
  3. Place into the fridge and leave overnight.
  4. In the morning, add fresh fruit and chopped nuts.
  5. Enjoy!

 

Note:

To be consumed within 3 days.

Almonds or unsalted cashew nuts, blueberries, strawberries, peaches or apple work best with this recipe.
