Laager Rooibos infused Sparkeling wine

INGREDIENTS:

4 Laager Rooibos teabags
160 g White sugar
1 L Orange juice
1 L Pineapple juice
750 ml Sparkling wine
1 Orange, thinly sliced
Crushed ice  

METHOD:

  1. Brew 4 Laager Rooibos teabags in 1 L boiling water, then allow to steep for 5minutes.
  2. Dissolve sugar in Laager Rooibos tea, stirring occasionally, then set aside to cool.
  3. Add orange and pineapple juices and chill.
  4. When ready to serve, add chilled sparkling wine and crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with grapefruit slices.
