|160 g||White sugar|
|1 L||Orange juice|
|1 L||Pineapple juice|
|750 ml||Sparkling wine|
|1||Orange, thinly sliced|
- Brew 4 Laager Rooibos teabags in 1 L boiling water, then allow to steep for 5minutes.
- Dissolve sugar in Laager Rooibos tea, stirring occasionally, then set aside to cool.
- Add orange and pineapple juices and chill.
- When ready to serve, add chilled sparkling wine and crushed ice.
- Garnish with grapefruit slices.
