Honey & Rooibos Granola
- 250 g oats
- 100 g pecan nuts, chopped
- 100 g almonds, chopped
- 75 g sunflower seeds
- 75 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 g coconut flakes
- 80 g butter, melted
- 30g loose Laager Rooibos tea leaves (contents of 12 teabags)
- 15 g mixed spice
- 50 g honey
- 50 g sultanas
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. Prepare and line a baking tray.
- Mix all the ingredients together (except the sultanas) till well coated.
- Spread evenly onto baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes till lightly toasted.
- Remove from the oven, toss in the sultanas and bake for another 10 minutes till well toasted and crunchy.
- Allow to cool before serving.
- Store in a cool, dry, air-tight container.
- Serve with plain yogurt.
