Healthy Green Smoothie
We have a quick and healthy smoothie to help you kick start your day! This delicious recipe only takes a total of 5 minutes to make and is perfect for breakfast.
- 1 cup of Tetley Pure Green Tea, cooled
- 30g of kale or spinach
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 2 dates, pitted and chopped
- Place all ingredients into your blender and pulse until smooth.
- Pour your smoothie into a cup and enjoy.
