Healthy Green Smoothie

We have a quick and healthy smoothie to help you kick start your day! This delicious recipe only takes a total of 5 minutes to make and is perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Tetley Pure Green Tea, cooled
  • 30g of kale or spinach
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 2 dates, pitted and chopped

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into your blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Pour your smoothie into a cup and enjoy.
