2½ TBSP Vegetable or Sunflower Oil
3 TBSP Milk
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
3 TBSP Flour
¼ Cup Sugar
¼ tsp Baking Powder
2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
2 TBSP Society Mochaccino Powder
2 TBSP Chocolate Chips (optional)
Pinch of Salt
Method
- In a large microwave safe mug mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa, Society Mochaccino powder, salt and chocolate chips
- Add the oil, milk and vanilla extract to the mixture, then stir thoroughly until all ingredients are combined
- Cook in the microwave for 1½ to 2 minutes until the mixture stops rising
- Set aside to cool for a few minutes
