Society Hazelnut Cappuccino Cookies

Ingredients

1 Cup Butter

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 Cup Sugar

2 Cups Flour

1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda

½ tsp Salt

1 cup Hazelnuts, coarsely chopped

2 TBSP Society Hazelnut Cappuccino powder

Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C
  2. Spray the baking tray with nonstick spray or line it with baking paper
  3. Soften butter and then beat it together with the sugar until the mixture is smooth
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and then beat until smooth
  5. Add the sifted flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt, hazelnuts and Society Hazelnut cappuccino powder to the mixture, then mix with a spoon until all the ingredients are combined
  6. Once the batter is completely mixed, use a small spoon to drop the dough to the tray - make sure that they are evenly spaced apart
  7. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown
  8. Set cookies aside on a tray to cool
