2 sachets Society Sweetened Cappuccino
1 cup Boiling water
6 Mint leaves, fresh
2 cups Chocolate ice cream
1 Chocolate cupcake (optional)
Extra mint for decoration
- Mix the coffee with boiling water and dissolve.
- Pour in blender, add mint leaves and blend until mint is fine
- Add ice cream and blend until smooth.
- Pour in glass.
- Crumble cupcake on top and add fresh mint for decoration
