Society Caramel Toffee Dom Pedro

Ingredients - Drink

450g Vanilla Ice Cream

120ml Double Cream

180ml Amarula

2 TBSP Society Caramel Toffee Cappuccino Powder

Ingredients - Toffee Topping (Optional)

1 Cup Soft Toffees

30ml Cream

Drizzle Milk

Ingredients - Caramel Topping (Optional)

1 Cup Soft Caramel Sweets

30ml Cream

Drizzle Milk (optional)

Method - Drink

  1. Place the vanilla ice cream, Amarula, double cream and Society Caramel Toffee Cappuccino powder into a blender and blitz until all ingredients are combined and the mixture is smooth
  2. Pour the drink into serving glasses, then pour the toffee and caramel toppings over each drink

Method - Toffee Topping

  1. Place the toffees and milk into a pan over a low heat and stir continuously
  2. Once the toffees have melted, remove the pan from the stove and allow it to cool, then add the cream and stir well

Method - Caramel Topping

  1. Place the caramels and cream into a saucepan and cook for 10 - 15 minutes over a low to medium heat. Stir continuously while melting the caramels
  2. Optional: Add a drizzle of milk to the melted caramel for a thinner consistency
  3. Continue to stir until all the ingredients are combined and the colour is consistent
  4. Once the caramel is mixed and melted, set aside to cool for a few minutes
