Easy Society Mochaccino Ice Cream

Ingredients

¼ Cup Hot Water

1 Can Condensed Milk

2 Cup Heavy Cream

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

4 TBSP Society Mochaccino Powder

Pinch of Salt

Method

  1. In a medium sized bowl add the hot water to the Society Mochaccino powder, then mix together until the powder is dissolved
  2. Add the condensed milk, vanilla extract and salt to the coffee mixture and whisk until all the ingredients are combined
  3. Place the mixture in the fridge to cool
  4. Beat the heavy cream with a mixer until it becomes whipped cream and stiff peaks form
  5. Whisk the condensed milk and coffee mixture into the whipped cream, but be careful not to over whisk
  6. Once all ingredients are combined, pour the ice cream into a loaf pan and cover it with cling film
  7. Leave in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours
