|1.5 L||Laager Rooibos Tea, strong brew (approx 10 teabags)|
|To taste||Salt and Pepper|
- Soak the samp and beans overnight or for 2 days in the Laager Rooibos tea in a tightly sealed container.
- Once ready to cook, strain the samp and beans into a big pot, then add enough water to completely cover the samp and beans.
- Place on the stove and simmer for 45 - 60 minutes until the samp is soft and creamy - add more water if needed and adjust seasoning while cooking according to preference.
