Drizzle a touch of Laager Rooibos goodness over your salad this Spring.
Ingredients and Directions:
In a medium sized pot, simmer 90ml white wine vinegar with 1 Laager Rooibos teabag over medium heat until about 30ml of liquid remains.
Allow the vinegar to cool before removing the teabag.
Combine the Laager Rooibos vinegar with 100ml of vegetable oil in a jar.
Drop in 5ml Dijon Mustard, 10ml of raw honey and squeeze in half an orange.
Screw the lid on tight, shake vigorously and store in the fridge.
Shake well before use.
