Laager Citrus and Ginger Rooibos tea syrup |

Laager Citrus and Ginger Rooibos tea ice cubes |

METHOD:
To make a Rooibos simple syrup :
- Bring 1 cup of water and 4-6 teabags of Rooibos plus a cup and half of sugar to the boil.
- Boil/ Simmer until reduced to half.
- Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Leave to completely cool.
To make Rooibos ice cubes:
- Using 2 Laager Citrus and Ginger Rooibos teabags, add 1 cup boiling water.
- Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes.
- Allow to cool, fill the ice tray and freeze
To make the mocktail
- Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail mixer.
- Pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh orange slices and enjoy!
