- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add vanilla extract.
- Add in combined dry ingredients and fold well. Add in the nuts.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour.
- Roll the mixture into balls, place on a greased baking sheet, and bake for 12 minutes.
- Roll balls in the icing sugar while they are still warm and cool on a wire rack.
- Serve with a lovely cup of hot Laager Rooibos Tea.
