1 cup Tonic water
¼ cup of Laager Rooibos Syrup (recipe below)
2 shots of Floral gin (e.g. pink or blue gin)
LAAGER ROOIBOS SYRUP:
2 cups strongly brewed Laager Cranberry & Wild Cherry flavoured Rooibos tea
1 bag Laager Pure Rooibos tea (cut open bag and remove loose leaves)
1 cup sugar
- For the syrup, combine tea and sugar and simmer on the stovetop until tea reduces to half and liquid thickens. Cool mixture and store in fridge until use.
- Add drink ingredients in a glass, stir and garnish with edible flowers. Enjoy!
