Carol Mkhize shared one of her favourite ways to start her day with this Tetley Green Tea Chia Juice recipe which she makes before her home workouts.
- Make 1 cup of Tetley lemon flavoured Green Tea with boiling water and allow it to cool for 3-5 minutes.
- In the bottle, add 500 ml cold water, the juice of ½ a lemon and the chia seeds.
- Once cooled, add the Tetley lemon flavoured Green Tea to the bottle and set aside for at least 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell.
- Add a few lemon slices and drink 30 mins before your workout.
